Bourg de Mat reflects the spirit of Nelly and Marcel, the owners: warm, discrete and hospitable. At 10 kms from Foix, in the green valley the Barguillere, they offer bed and breakfast in three rooms. Bourg de Mat is situated in the Regional Nature Park of the Ariege Pyrenees. Nelly and Marcel are avid hikers and they love to share their knowledge of the local tracks and paths with their guests. A library of IGN maps and guidebooks of the region is at your disposal.
Your host, professional cook, prepares his best dishes for you, based on local produce. Even the after dinner spirit is made from their own plums.
